Practice of Management Continuous Engagement in a Business Unit
Unique 4-1-4 Approach (4 week classes 1 week industry). This unique methodology, we are sure is going to be the industry standard soon. We have businesses in and around Kochi enthusiastic about training the students partnering the school as corporate associates
The continuous industry interaction with businesses supervised by the senior managers or entrepreneurs themselves is to provide ample practice to relate the class room experience to business reality. Most school students find it difficult to appreciate the relevance or pertinence of courses learned in class room to business reality. The reviews of the week spend in the business with faculty supervisor and the class helps to enhance the learning from practice.
Global leadership and International Orientation
The world of business is no longer local, regional or even national. Trade and industry is globally integrated and products and services are accessed globally. We recognize this fact and hence our entire program is oriented towards building an international perspective. The training in KBS ensures that the students are exposed to the global business practices. The course material, cases assignments are all diverse, cross cultural and focused on a variety of global concerns and issues. We will support this effort with opportunities to listen to personalities from different parts of the world.
